Extruder Operator
Duties:
- Operate and maintain machines in a manufacturing environment
- Set up machines for production runs according to specifications
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary - Inspect finished products for quality and ensure they meet the required standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine issues to minimize downtime
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience:
- Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar role preferred
- Previous experience with construction would be an asset
- Able to lift heavy objects up to 25kg and stand for long periods of time
- Able to prioritize and manage conflicting demands - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
