Role Overview
The
Blended External Placement & Campus Coordinator
supports prospective and current students throughout their academic journey and oversees external placements. Reporting to the Student Services and Admissions Managers, this role collaborates across departments to ensure a seamless student experience and efficient campus operations.
Key Responsibilities
External Placement Coordination:
Organize student placements and onboarding.
Track agreements, monitor performance, and ensure compliance.
Maintain placement databases and communication workflows.
Support students and clinics throughout placements.
Campus Operations:
Serve as first point of contact for campus visitors.
Maintain campus cleanliness and supply inventory.
Coordinate classroom/clinic space setup.
Liaise with building services, vendors, and couriers.
Admissions & Enrollment:
Respond to prospective student inquiries (phone, email, text).
Conduct campus tours and admissions interviews.
Assist with enrollment, registration, and tuition coordination.
Maintain admissions data and generate reports.
Cross-Functional Support:
Coordinate student records and supply shipments.
Support trade shows, open houses, and clinic events.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
1+ year experience in education or customer service.
Familiarity with adult learners and student loans.
Strong organizational, communication, and tech skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Experience in sales and education (preferred).
