South Dayton area. We are seeking a reliable skilled Exterior House Painter that is also able to stain decks and preform basic Landscaping
Duties
Perform landscape maintenance tasks including trimming, planting, and weeding.
Restoring Decks -Need to able to learn or perform on own Sandinding Stripping staining and replace rotten wood
Painting Residential 1-2 story houses. PressureWashing scraping . Painting with roller brush and airless sprayer.
Apply caulking and perform construction painting as needed for landscape features.
Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients .

Qualifications
Previous experience in Exterior Painting and Basic landscaping or related fields is required.
Must have DRIVERS LICENSE
Must have OWN Vechical
No Felonies no Drugs
A willingness to learn new techniques and improve skills
Must be physically fit, able to lift heavy materials, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
