Key Responsibilities

Conduct expert surface preparation, including patching, California patching, caulking, hole repair, and paint removal. Skillfully apply a range of finishes, including spraying, textured, custom finishes, and stains, with a keen eye for color and texture accuracy. Perform both interior and exterior painting on various surfaces, maintaining quality and safety. Work on ladders and lifts (aerial, scissor, and man lifts) safely, with certification in lift operation being a plus. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, especially when working in customers' homes. Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure efficient project flow and problem-solving. Engage with customers directly, providing guidance on finishes and materials to enhance their experience. Perform quality control with final walk-throughs to confirm standards are met. Assist with general construction duties to keep projects on schedule, including light carpentry, demolition work, insulation, and other general tasks.

Required Qualifications

Experience:

Minimum of 10+ years in professional painting, with expertise in both residential and commercial projects.

Technical Skills:

Experience with drywall, taping, and general construction is a huge plus.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work at various heights.

Attention to Detail

: Demonstrated precision in color matching, surface quality, and finishing.

Communication:

Fluent in English, with strong customer service skills to guide clients on finishes and materials.

Math Skills:

Proficiency in basic math for accurate measurements and material calculations.

Licenses:

A valid driver's license is preferred for local travel to job sites, along with the ability to pass a background check.

Schedule

Full-time: Monday to Friday Overtime and weekend work as needed
