Job Responsibilities

As an Exterior Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for:

Performing

pressure washing, soft washing, and window/eavestrough cleaning

on residential and commercial properties. Operating and maintaining professional cleaning equipment (pressure washers, water-fed poles, ladders, etc.). Ensuring

safe and efficient work practices

, including use of PPE and fall protection when required. Following company processes for

plant protection, surface care, and chemical handling

. Providing

excellent customer service

by being professional, respectful, and detail-focused on every job. Assisting with site setup, cleanup, and daily equipment checks. Working independently or as part of a team to complete scheduled projects on time.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Comfortable working at heights (training provided). Previous experience in exterior cleaning, construction, or related fields is an asset but not required. Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work. Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
