WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As part of our two-person crew, you'll be responsible for:

Cleaning windows, house exteriors, driveways, walkways, decks, patios, and gutters. Installing Christmas lights during the holiday season. Providing excellent customer service and working alongside a great team. If you're looking for work during the winter, we also offer snow removal services.
We're known for outstanding service--so professional communication with customers and teammates is a must.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You don't need prior experience--we provide full training. However, you must be:

At least 18 years old Able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet all day Comfortable working at heights and using ladders A licensed driver (minimum G2)
COMPENSATION

Starting wage: $21/hr Performance bonuses based on quality of work and customer reviews Customer tips Lead Technicians: Earn 25-27% of revenue produced, with strong performers making up to $30/hr or more
