The primary role of the Expo is to ensure quality and standards of Smitty\'s products before they are delivered to our Guests. Our Expo is a liason for our kitchen to our servers.
- Contribute to minimizing food costs by monitoring stock levels, par levels, temperature checklist and FIFO
- Maintain quality control
- Use product knowledge to ensure satisfaction
- Monitor bill timing and communication servers and cooks
- Ensure meals are delivered to guests in a timely manner
- Have solid understanding of menu product knowledge, portion, and presentation
- Maintain a clean working environment
