About the role




Nous sommes a la recherche d'un(e) expert(e) en sinistre interne, Environnementpour se joindra a notre equipe grandissante!


En tant qu'expert(e) en sinistre environnement, vous serez responsable de la gestion complete des dossiers de reclamations impliquant des incidents environnementaux (deversement, contamination du sol ou de l'eau et responsabilites civiles environnementales) en automobile et en habitation. Vous agirez a titre de personne-ressource specialisee et travaillerez en etroite collaboration avec les experts-conseils, les autorites reglementaires et les assures.

Lieu de travail:

Laval (600 rue Lucien-Paiement), Montreal (2020 boul. Robert-Bourassa, Quebec (5700 boul. Des Galeries) ou St-Hyacinthe (2450 rue Girouard O).

Ce que vous ferez :



Analyser et gerer les reclamations liees aux dommages a l'environnement Analyser la recevabilite et enqueter les circonstances d'une reclamation afin d'en determiner les causes. Coordonner les enquetes techniques et les expertises environnementales. Offrir un reglement juste et equitable en prenant en consideration les normes et regles de l'entreprise en vigueur selon l'endroit du sinistre. Assurer la conformite reglementaire des interventions (ex. MELCCFP). Negocier les reglements avec les parties concernees. Avoir une bonne gestion des reserves. Gerer efficacement de son bureau et ses priorites. Maintenir une communication efficace avec toutes les parties prenantes.

Ce que vous mettrez a profit :



Detenir un certificat d'expert en sinistres 5A. Diplome d'etudes collegiales ou universitaires. Au moins 5 ans d'experience dans le secteur de l'assurance automobile et habitation. Au moins 3 ans d'experience en indemnisation. Connaissance des lois et reglements environnementaux applicables au Canada (un atout). Bonnes capacites d'analyse et de prise de decision. Etre en mesure d'etablir ses priorites. Bilinguisme (francais / anglais) - Necessite d'interagir sur une base reguliere avec une clientele anglophone et des collegues partout au pays.
