In collaboration with the Development Manager, the Expert programmer analyst designs, develops, and enhances modern Web applications that support internal teams. The person in this role also acts as a technical coach to help strengthen practices and ensure solutions that are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business needs.

Design, develop, and test Web applications for various internal groups. Recommend innovative and sustainable technology solutions. Estimate the effort required for each phase of development. Support and coach team members as needed. Provide application maintenance and participate in the 24/7 on?call rotation when required. Work closely with the development team to improve efficiency and ways of working. Contribute to continuous improvement and automation of compilation and deployment processes.


Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. At least 10 years of experience in software development, including a minimum of 6 years building .NET Web applications. Strong knowledge of C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, AngularJS, Angular, MSSQL, and Azure DevOps. Experience working in an Agile/SCRUM environment. Strong analytical, organizational, and time?management skills. Experience with cloud development and an interest in automation (CI/CD). Oral and written fluency in French and English

A good knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will be required to communicate and collaborate frequently in English, both orally and in writing, with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders in Quebec, the rest of Canada, and internationally.
