We're currently seeking Automotive Claims Adjusters to join our growing team in Laval, Quebec. This is an exciting, customer-focused role where your automotive expertise and communication skills will shine. This position follows a hybrid work model, combining the flexibility of remote work with the collaboration and connection of our Laval office.

Nous cherchons actuellement plusieurs experts en reclamations automobiles pour joindre notre equipe grandissante a Laval (Quebec). Ce role stimulant et axe sur le client mettra en valeur vos competences techniques et votre sens du service. Ce poste offre un mode de travail hybride, combinant la flexibilite du teletravail et la collaboration au sein de notre bureau de Laval.
What You'll Do / Vos responsabilites

Adjudicate complex technical claims involving engines, transmissions, differentials, and electrical systems.
Provide exceptional customer service through phone, online chat, email, and written communication.
Monitor and manage service queues to ensure timely responses.
Process claims accurately while meeting SLAs and KPIs.
Collaborate with dealership partners and repair facilities.
Participate in community giving initiatives, including four fully paid volunteer days each year.
Analyser et traiter des reclamations techniques complexes (moteurs, transmissions, differentiels, systemes electriques, etc.).
Offrir un service a la clientele exceptionnel par telephone, clavardage en ligne, courriel et correspondance ecrite.
Surveiller et gerer les files de service afin d'assurer des reponses rapides et efficaces.
Traiter et documenter les reclamations avec exactitude tout en respectant les SLA et KPI.
Collaborer avec les concessionnaires et les ateliers pour assurer une resolution efficace.
Participer aux initiatives communautaires de LGM, incluant quatre journees de benevolat remunerees chaque annee.
What You Bring / Profil recherche

Strong technical background in automotive repair or service.
Ability to analyze damage and prepare accurate estimates using Audatex or Mitchell-on-Demand.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Professional and courteous manner.
Journeyperson certification or apprenticeship preferred.
Valid Adjuster licenses.
Solide experience technique dans la reparation ou le service automobile.
Capacite a analyser les dommages et a preparer des estimations precises a l'aide d'Audatex ou de Mitchell-on-Demand.
Excellentes competences en organisation, communication et gestion du temps.
Attitude professionnelle et courtoise.
Certification de compagnon ou apprentissage (un atout).
Permis d'expert en sinistres valide.
Bilingualism Requirement / Exigence de bilinguisme
Bilingual proficiency in French and English (oral and written) is required for this role. This position supports dealerships, customers, and repair facilities across all provinces in Canada. In compliance with Quebec's Bill 98, which reinforces the use of French in the workplace, and to meet national service standards, candidates must be able to provide clear, professional service in both languages.
La maitrise du francais et de l'anglais (oral et ecrit) est exigee pour ce poste. Ce role soutient les concessionnaires, les clients et les ateliers de reparation partout au Canada. Conformement a la Loi 98, qui vise a renforcer l'usage du francais dans le milieu de travail, et afin de repondre aux besoins pancanadiens, la capacite de fournir un service clair et professionnel dans les deux langues est essentielle.
