The Opportunity:
?We are looking for a motivated and dynamic
Countertop Sales & Design Consultant
to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a driven individual with a passion for design and sales to play a key role in our company's growth. You will be the face of Antique Granite, guiding clients from their initial vision to the final, stunning installation.

Key Responsibilities:
?
Client Consultation:
Greet and assist clients in our Edmonton showroom, providing expert advice on material selection, design aesthetics, and the fabrication process.
?
Sales & Quoting:
Prepare accurate and timely quotes for projects, negotiate contracts, and close sales with a high degree of professionalism.
?
Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and designers to drive repeat business and referrals.
?
Project Management:
Collaborate closely with our fabrication and installation teams to ensure a seamless and positive client experience from start to finish.
?
Product Knowledge:
Maintain in-depth knowledge of our full product line, including granite, quartz, marble, and other stone surfaces, as well as industry trends.
?
Administrative Tasks:
Manage sales pipeline, track customer interactions in our CRM, and handle basic administrative duties as needed.
?
Qualifications:
?Proven sales experience, preferably in the home improvement, design, or building materials industry.
?Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with a talent for building rapport.
?A passion for interior design and a good eye for color, texture, and style.
?Exceptional customer service skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.
?Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
?Proficiency with computer software, including Microsoft Office. Experience with CRM software is a plus.
?A self-starter who is results-driven and able to work independently and as part of a team.
