Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and diligent Dishwasher to join our team in a dynamic restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, assisting with food prep and service.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans with industrial dishwashers.

- Keep the kitchen area, including floors, countertops, and food prep spaces, clean. - Help with food prep tasks like washing and chopping ingredients.

- Follow proper food handling procedures for safety and hygiene.

- Work with kitchen staff to provide clean items promptly.

- Dispose of waste properly and follow recycling rules.

- Support kitchen staff with tasks to keep operations efficient.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is preferred but not required.

- Knowledge of food service operations and handling is a plus.

- Must work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Strong cleaning skills and a solid understanding of sanitation are necessary.

- Good teamwork and communication skills are essential.
