We have opening for an experienced Dishwasher to work in our busy kitchen. As a Dishwasher, you will be an essential part of our kitchen team, responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards. This role reports to the Executive Chef and plays a vital role in ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and organized. The ideal candidate must be an enthusiastic team player possessing a high level of reliability.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans using dishwashers or by hand.
Maintain a clutter free and clean dish pit.
Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas.
Clean garbage cans with water or steam.
Maintain a high level of sanitation, keep up to established standards of the health department and the Executive Chef
Consistently perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Performs other duties as assigned or directed.
