We are now accepting applications for the position of Used Vehicle Manager at KIA.

The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial with a keen sense of urgency and a passion for consistently delivering an exceptional experience to our guests and employees. Our ideal candidate wants to lead a team that will see our used vehicle department be number 1!



Reporting to the General Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to revenue generation and profit for the dealership through the achievement of all departmental objectives.

Key Requirements:

A minimum of one year of proven success as a Used Vehicle Manager in a dealership setting Flexibility and adaptability as it relates to scheduling and guest/business needs A servant leadership philosophy Excellent coaching skills and a true desire to work with the team and our guests to ensure the best possible outcome for all Strong communication and relationship management skills An open mind and excellent active listening skills

Responsibility Summary:

The successful candidate will dedicate time to used inventory management (researching, purchasing, and pricing vehicles), our guests and our sales team. In addition to the inventory responsibilities, and equally important, is to work with our team members in coaching, training, planning, and hunting activities.
