Now Hiring: Experienced TPO Roofer/Installer

Location: Kingston, ON
Job Type: Full-Time, short-term contract, approx. 4 weeks
Pay: Competitive, based on experience

Position Summary:

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing

TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin)

roofing systems on commercial and/or industrial buildings. You must be able to work independently or as part of a team, follow safety protocols, and deliver consistent, high-quality work.

This a short-term contract position.

This job is in Kingston and is expected to last approx. 4 weeks.

Our main office is in Whitby. We work all over the GTA/Golden Horseshoe. Potential for permanent employment if willing to travel/relocate to Durham Region/GTA.

Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain TPO roofing systems. Properly lay insulation and apply TPO membrane using hot-air welding. Flash curbs, penetrations, and perimeter details. Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and job orders. Maintain job site cleanliness and follow all safety standards. Communicate with supervisors and project managers regarding job progress and issues.

Requirements:

Minimum

2-3 years of experience

with TPO roofing systems.

Valid Working at Heights certification

Valid WHMIS certification

Live within 1 hour of worksite (Innovation Dr, Kingston)

Availability to start immediately Strong understanding of TPO welding and seam testing. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments. Reliable transportation.

Pay: $24.00-$45.00 per hour
