Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing roadside assistance, towing vehicles, and ensuring the safe transport of vehicles to designated locations. This role requires excellent customer service skills, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to operate various towing equipment. The Tow Truck Driver will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for reliability and professionalism.

3 YRS TOWING EXPERIENCE A MUST. CURRENT TOWING LICENSE AND POLICE CLEARANCE REQUIRED

Duties

Respond promptly to towing requests and roadside assistance calls. Safely operate tow trucks and other equipment to transport vehicles. Assess vehicle conditions and determine the best towing methods. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients. Perform minor mechanical repairs on-site when necessary. Maintain accurate records of services rendered and vehicle conditions. Ensure all equipment is in good working order and report any maintenance needs. Follow all safety protocols and regulations while on duty.

Experience

Proven experience in commercial driving is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge related to automotive repair is a plus. Previous experience in customer service roles is highly desirable. Familiarity with forklift operation can be beneficial. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. Candidates should possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
