Seagate Contract Management is looking for an

experienced Commercial Interior Site Supervisor

to lead our construction projects to successful completion. If you're enthusiastic, organized, and motivated to deliver high-quality results, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do

Supervise interior construction projects from planning through completion. Interpret and work from blueprints and schematics. Coordinate with subcontractors, trades, and vendors to keep projects on track. Maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met. Oversee safety programs to ensure compliance and protect workers and the public. Monitor workmanship and enforce quality standards. Identify and communicate changes in project scope; assist in processing change orders. Support project administration tasks for the Project Manager. Represent Seagate professionally while liaising with clients, consultants, and property management. Lead, motivate, and coach site staff and subcontractors to achieve project goals.

What We're Looking For

Strong knowledge of the construction industry and best practices. Experience in carpentry (required). Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience overseeing subcontractors (an asset). Contract management knowledge (an asset). Industry-related education or certifications (an asset). Class 5 driver's license with a satisfactory driving record. Must have own vehicle
