Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of various products, ensuring that all installations meet quality standards and customer satisfaction. This role requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Install products according to specifications and company standards. Conduct site assessments prior to installation to ensure proper measurements and requirements are met. Collaborate with team members and clients to understand project needs and timelines. Troubleshoot any installation issues that may arise during the process. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions or concerns during the installation process. Complete all necessary documentation related to installations and service calls.

Skills

Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to installation tasks. Must be ready and willing to work in an arrangement of different weather conditions and locations. Must be able to handle physically demanding work, heavy lifting and working from a range of different heights off the ground. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. Attention to detail to ensure high-quality installations. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings. Time management skills to efficiently complete installations within deadlines. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
Qualifications:

Experience is necessary. Lift tickets and fall arrest tickets, etc. are required Mechanical ability , as metal, electric, and vinyl work is required daily. Experience or knowledge related to the following is required: Power & Hand Tools Ladders Light and heavy equipment operation and trailers Basic building/construction knowledge

Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
