Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual for the Shrub Pruning Position. This role involves maintaining the health and aesthetics of shrubs and other landscape features through proper pruning techniques. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscape maintenance and possess the necessary skills to work with various tools and equipment in a garden setting.

Responsibilities

Perform pruning of shrubs to promote healthy growth and enhance appearance. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for trimming and shaping plants. Maintain landscape areas by digging, building, and irrigating as necessary. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition. Assist in general garden maintenance tasks, including weeding and mulching. Follow safety protocols while operating machinery and handling tools. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.

Skills

Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices. Proficiency in using power tools such as trimmers, saws, and blowers. Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain equipment. Ability to dig, build, and maintain garden beds effectively. Experience with hand tools for landscaping tasks. Understanding of irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants. Attention to detail in maintaining the aesthetic quality of garden spaces.
