Duties

Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences, providing tailored recommendations. Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features, ensuring customers feel confident in their choices. Negotiate sales agreements and finalize transactions while maintaining a positive customer experience. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the automotive market, including new models, features, and industry trends. Collaborate with the sales management team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve dealership goals. Organize and manage customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships. Participate in dealership events and promotions to enhance visibility and attract potential buyers.

Qualifications

Automotive Sales Experience required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Bilingual proficiency, particularly Mandarin or Cantonese , is a plus for engaging with diverse clientele. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple clients and tasks effectively. Strong math skills for processing transactions and understanding financing options. Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining professionalism and integrity. A passion for automobiles and a desire to stay informed about industry developments.

Pay: $5,000.00-$12,000.00 per month
