Responsibilities
Must have a full protection ticket.
Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
Must be comfortable with all angle of roof.....7/12 tp 12/12... And be comfortable on ladders at heights is a must.
Perform general maintenance
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently.
Support team members in various construction or manufacturing activities.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while on the job site.
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management promptly.
Requirements
Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is required.
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Knowledge about how to shingle roofs a must.
Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment at all times.
