About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented full time Experienced Service Technician to join our growing team. In this hands-on role, you will collaborate closely with the project team to complete a variety of on-site finishing tasks in both residential and commercial settings. A strong commitment to quality workmanship and exceptional customer service is key, as you will be representing our brand directly with clients and partners on-site.

Collaborating with project team to execute finishing tasks on site; Measure and cut materials to fit specific dimensions and specifications; Ensure proper functioning of installed products and make necessary adjustments or repairs; Install and service a variety of hardware, doors, and moulding products, including precise alignment of doors, hinges, locks, handles, and other components in residential and commercial buildings; Conduct on-site assessments to determine the appropriate installation methods and requirements; Communicating effectively with team members, clients, and supervisors to provide updates on project progress; Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the finishing process; Attend site meetings and inspections weekly; Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally; Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and service calls; Maintain a clean and organized site to uphold safety standards; Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

3 to 5 years of hands-on carpentry experience, with a focus on home finishing work; Proficiency in woodworking tools, techniques, and materials used in finishing; Strong experience in residential interiors, including materials, designs, and installation techniques; Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics to deliver exceptional results; Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times; Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients effectively; Problem-solving abilities to address challenges and ensure project success; Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic and dedication to meeting deadlines; Valid driver's license with a clear driving record are required; First aid, CSTS, and WHMIS are required.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
