900 Degrees Bistro (Sidney) is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic servers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. With a 4.6 Star Rating on Google, our front of house team plays a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by delivering high-quality service and ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Excellent service is matched with excellent food produced in our 900 Degrees wood-fired oven, on display in our open-kitchen environment for guests to enjoy.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression. Take accurate food and beverage orders, providing recommendations when necessary. Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner while adhering to food safety standards. Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the service area. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely service. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to effectively assist guests. Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation practices.

Qualifications

A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong background in the food industry. A strong understanding of the food service industry. Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating the ability to connect with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Experience in serving, food preparation, or barista roles is an advantage. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work well within a team environment. A passion for hospitality and providing outstanding service to enhance guest satisfaction.
