Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server/Bartender ( must be flexible with hours and should be available for early morning shifts ) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender/Server, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving tables engaging with customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that enhances their dining experience.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about the drink menu. Accurately process transactions using the POS system, handling cash and credit card payments. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist in ordering supplies as needed. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both staff and patrons. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service.

Experience

Previous bartending experience & serving is required; willingness to learn is essential. Strong math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Experience in a restaurant or food service environment is beneficial. Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. A commitment to hospitality and providing help to customers at all times. Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.

Pay: $18.25-$26.45 per hour
