Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner. Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits. Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations. Maintain a well-organized sales floor through effective merchandising practices. Upsell products by highlighting promotions and special offers to enhance customer experience. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Demonstrate strong communication skills through effective phone etiquette when handling customer calls. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards. Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Familiarity with technology sales or technical products is advantageous. Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and store displays effectively. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn about new products and sales techniques. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
