Experienced Residential Labourers

for an active project in Oshawa with one of our Signatory Contractors. This role is ideal for individuals who have hands-on residential construction experience and are ready to contribute immediately on site.

Position Overview

We are looking for dependable, physically fit labourers with proven experience in residential construction. Successful candidates will be comfortable working in a fast-paced site environment and supporting skilled trades with day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

Performing general labour tasks on a residential construction site Assisting various trades (carpenters, drywallers, framers, etc.) Material handling, loading/unloading, and site organization Using basic tools safely and effectively Prep work, and site cleanup Following all safety procedures and promoting safe work practices

Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years of residential construction labour experience

Physically fit

and able to perform demanding tasks

Valid Working at Heights

certificate

Valid WHMIS

certification Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions Positive attitude, reliability, and ability to take direction Access to reliable transportation to the Oshawa job site
