Khataw Development Ltd is looking for an experienced construction labourer to join our team.
This is a full-time position. Monday to Friday with some Saturdays available during busier times.
We have projects located in Langford, Victoria and surrounding areas. You will need a vehicle to get to the various job sites.
We build new residential homes, single family, duplexes and townhomes. We are looking for someone to join the team who has previous construction experience and is a fast learner, an excellent communicator and very organized with the ability to work independently or with the team. Previous landscaping and heavy equipment experience is an asset.
Duties will include keeping the sites tidy, garbage cleanup, material pick up and landscaping duties to start with, adding more based on capabilities. Starting wage is $22 per hour with advancement based on performance.
Medical and Dental benefits are offered after 3 months. 50% paid by Khataw and 50% paid by employee if they opt in.
