Experienced Real Estate Legal Assistant/ParalegalOpportunity to work with a sole practitioner in a bright, informal downtown Edmonton office. The office is quiet, but the work is fast-paced and not overwhelming.Minimum 2 years experience required with real estate conveyancing.You will be joining a team that is happy, organized, technology-driven, and client service focused.You must:
- Minimum 2 years experience and able to handle a file from start to finish
- Be open to change ie. other ways of preparing documents, workflows
- Familiar with Adobe and Microsoft office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Good at math
- Punctual, reliable
- Detail-oriented
- Be able to work independently
- Highly organized with good time management skills
- Ability to take initiative
- Strong verbal and written English
- Casual dress
- Paid time off
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
