Pay & Benefits

Blended Pay Structure of either

50% commission

or

guaranteed $22/hr

for full-time groomers -- whichever is higher 100% of tips - always yours $500 sign-on bonus

+

for qualified groomers Yearly performance bonus

(based on average monthly grooming revenue) All grooming supplies provided Tool & sharpening allowance Flexible schedules Paid time off, holidays & sick leave (for full-time employees) 20% employee discount on in-store retail (up to $200/month) No front desk work - we handle phones, booking, and scheduling

What You'll Do:

Provide professional grooming services (scissoring, breed-specific cuts, grooming, de-matting, nail trimming, etc.) Build positive relationships with pets and their owners Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of dogs of all sizes and cats Collaborate with an experienced and supportive grooming team

What We're Looking For:

Required:

Passion, patience, and love for animals Team player with excellent customer service skills Minimum 1 year of professional grooming experience Strong handling and scissoring skills Cleanliness and strong hygiene habits
Good-To-Have:

Creative grooming (e.g. color, Asian fusion styles) Experience with puppies & senior dogs Pet First Aid / CPR certification Bather-to-groomer training background

Terms and Conditions

+?Sign-on bonus is paid after 6 months and may be recovered if the employee resigns before 12 months.
++?Bonus subject to performance metrics; full details in employment agreement.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
