Experienced Personal Lines Insurance Assistant

A well-established independent brokerage is looking for an experienced Personal Lines TSR.
ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our Client is a growing independently owned brokerage with a head office in the heart of Toronto. They provide risk management solutions to commercial and personal clients all across Canada but their main expertise lies in transportation insurance.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
As a new joiner, you will play a key part in the Personal Lines team and work closely with the Senior Account Managers. You will be their right hand providing administrative assistance while supporting clients with their Insurance needs.
ABOUT THE POSITION
- Issuing binders, invoices, liability slips, including complex certificates
- Drafting agreements, proposals and comparison of coverages
- Assisting with underwriting processes, policy changes and renewals
- Proofreading complex policies
- Ensuring every Client information is up to date
- Creating reports and account statements
- 1+ years of experience in Personal Lines Insurance
- Experience working with carrier portals is a must
- Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks with strict deadlines
- RIBO license is an asset
- $50,000-$60,000
- 2-3 days a week remote
- Opportunity to grow into a Personal Lines Account Manager role
