Job descriptionHours: Working Part-Time Weekday Afternoons/Evenings (5 pm - 9 pm) and Weekends (Sat 9 am-5 pm & Sun 10 am - 4 pm)MUST BE ABLE TO WORK FRIDAY, SATURDAY, AND SUNDAYWages: Based on experienceWe are looking for a reliable part-time receptionist for a fast-paced real estate office. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1-year experience working in a real estate office as an administrator.Training will be provided.High proficiency with MS office applications, BrokerBay, MLS Stratus, and Webforms/Authentisign.Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Must be organized, able to multitask and work under pressure
  • Should be able to handle switchboard with multiple lines
  • Answer all incoming and outgoing correspondence (faxes and emails)
  • Broker loading listings and TRREB changes
  • Booking/confirming/non-confirming/cancelling appointments
  • Support agents in all document typing and other tasks
