We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques and a strong understanding of construction and restoration processes. This role involves working on residential, commercial, and industrial projects, ensuring high-quality finishes while adhering to safety standards. The Painter will collaborate with other tradespeople and communicate effectively with clients to deliver exceptional service.

Duties

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and caulking as needed Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements Execute construction painting tasks with precision and attention to detail Perform restoration work on existing structures to enhance their appearance Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively in various environments Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the duration of projects Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines while ensuring quality workmanship Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding project progress and addressing any concerns

Requirements

Proven experience in residential, commercial, and industrial painting Strong knowledge of construction principles and practices Familiarity with rigging techniques for safe handling of materials at heights Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Proficiency in carpentry skills is a plus Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
