Pay Structure

We will pay you on a piece rate pay structure.

NOT HOURLY

. You will get paid for what you accomplish in a day, not how long you work. Our fast and experienced painters are making the equivalent of $45 / hr!

Even if you don't have experience... If you work hard and are a quick learner you can make the equivalent of $25 / hr after your 1st week!

Summary

This role is vital in delivering high-quality painting services across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Be part of a forward-thinking team that values your skills and growth.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming. Apply paint, stain, or coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Read blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate application. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines. Assist in restoration projects to revive aged or damaged surfaces. Manage time effectively to handle multiple projects. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates.

Qualifications

Proven experience in residential or commercial painting. Knowledge of construction and restoration processes. Ability to read blueprints and schematics. Skilled in using hand tools and power tools. Strong time management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Valid driver's license is preferred.
