Experienced Optical Dispenser/optician
Job Description
We are looking for an EXPERIENCED OPTICAL DISPENSER/OPTICIAN to join our Red Deer North team. The successful applicant must be comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced, clinic. This is a FULL TIME, maternity leave, position with the possibility of a permanent position. Some evenings and weekends required.
THIS IS NOT AN OFFICE ADMIN POSITION. OPTICAL EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
This position involves helping our patients choose the proper frame and lenses to suit their needs, performing adjustments and repairs, and other office duties as required.
We are proud to provide full-scope optometric care and specialized services. The ideal candidate will have an eagerness for learning and excellent customer service skills. We strive to provide our patients with the highest level of quality eye care and eyewear in a friendly, and professional, setting.
Experience is required. The successful applicant must be proficient in reading and writing English. Wages are competitive and based on experience and qualifications. Benefits are offered after a probationary period. Please apply with resume and references to be considered.
