Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations.
Assist with meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Participate in menu planning and development to enhance the dining experience.
Qualifications
Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred.
Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety practices.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
