What you'll be doing:

Assemble and build high-quality custom cabinetry, furniture pieces, mantels, and other millwork. Construct custom components from solid wood, ensuring precision and craftsmanship. Read and interpret layouts, measurements, and technical drawings accurately. Work with hand and pneumatic tools to assemble cabinets, install hardware, and complete finishing details. Maintain a lean and organized workspace, focusing on efficiency and waste reduction. Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance quality and workflow. Follow safety protocols to ensure a clean and secure working environment.

What you'll bring to the team:

3 years of custom millwork experience. Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and a commitment to efficiency. Ability to read blueprints, take precise measurements, and assemble components accurately. Skilled in using hand tools, pneumatic tools, and woodworking machinery. A team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality. First Aid Certificate is an asset. Physically capable of lifting, assembling, and maneuvering cabinetry safely.
