Cooks with at least 5 years experience in a similar fast paced kitchen .
Knife skills and knowledge of each kitchen station a must.
Competence , professional and ability to work calmly and efficiently, under pressure, with a good team ethic.
Benefits after three months, Generous Tip-Out, and Mondays, including Holidays off.
Rate of pay will be reflective of experience.
