We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling dishes
Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly following food safety guidelines
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station throughout shifts
Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours
Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen environment
Support meal preparation for various menu items, ensuring consistency and presentation
Skills
Experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service operations
Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant setting
Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and kitchen equipment usage
Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
