We are seeking a skilled, enthusiastic and experienced Bartender to join and lead our bar team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, strong communication skills, organization and a true passion for hospitality.

As a Lead Bartender, you will be responsible for , serving and guiding guests through a modern yet comfortable dining experience, , and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

crafting and directing the bar cocktail/back bar program managing the bar area in regard to inventory management and cleanliness daily & weekly ordering monthly inventory staff training handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for both staff and patrons. collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary, ensuring timely delivery of orders.

Qualifications

Previous experience in bartending or restaurant service is required. Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency for accurate transaction processing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
