We are a new medical spa and Canada's First Caviar Beauty Boutique. We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Laser Technician to join our dynamic team. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITH VENUS BLISS MAX IS REQUIRED. Experience with Sharplight is an asset.

In this role, you will deliver advanced laser treatments and aesthetic procedures that enhance our clients' confidence and beauty. Your expertise in laser technology, combined with your excellent customer service skills, will ensure every client receives personalized care in a welcoming environment. Duties

Perform a variety of laser treatments including hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and other esthetic laser procedures with precision and care. Provide complementary services such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, dermabrasion, makeup application, nail care, hair threading, and barbering to enhance client satisfaction. Utilize salon management software like Jane App to schedule appointments, update client records, and manage treatment plans efficiently. Educate clients on laser procedures, pre- and post-treatment care, and answer all questions to ensure they feel confident and informed about their treatments. Maintain strict sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff by adhering to all health regulations. Assist with retail sales of skincare products and treatment packages to promote ongoing client engagement and revenue growth. Stay current with industry trends, new laser technologies, and esthetic techniques through continuous education and training. Collaborate with team members to create a positive atmosphere that fosters client loyalty and team cohesion. Manage client flow effectively by providing timely services while maintaining quality standards throughout each appointment.

Skills

Proven experience as a Laser Technician with expertise in esthetic laser treatments such as hair removal and skin rejuvenation. Strong background in cosmetology or related fields including skincare, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, dermabrasion, makeup application, nail care, hair threading, barbering, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and other aesthetic procedures. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to educate clients clearly about treatment options and aftercare. Proficiency in salon software systems like MINDBODY for scheduling and client management. Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining a sterile treatment environment. Ability to operate advanced laser equipment safely and effectively while adhering to all safety protocols. Retail sales experience to promote skincare products or treatment packages confidently. Strong communication skills combined with a lively attitude that energizes clients and colleagues alike. Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and a fast-paced work environment. Pay: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 30 per week
