We are seeking a skilled and dedicated experienced Laser Technician to join our team. As a Laser Technician, you will be responsible for performing various laser treatments and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Job Duties:
- Perform Microneedling and RF Microneedling
- Conduct skin rejuvenation treatments, including laser facials and skin tightening
- Provide pre and post-treatment care instructions to clients
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitate treatment rooms and equipment
- Assist with retail sales of skincare products
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English
- Aesthetician/Cosmetician/laser technician certification or diploma is required
- 2+ years of Medical Aesthetician Technician/ laser technician experience
- Education or experience in aesthetic medicine preferred
- Eagerness to coach and quick to learn is also an asset
- Previous experience in Skin Analysis and Skin Care Product Lines
- Previous experience in Laser Hair Removal is an asset
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
