9 Yards Landscaping

is looking for dependable, skilled labourers to help

finish off the 2025 landscaping season

. We need team members who can jump in right away with solid experience in

hardscaping and machinery operation

.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience

building retaining walls, installing paver patios, and operating skid steers or excavators

. This position runs through the end of the current season, with

opportunities to return for full-time work in Spring 2026

.

Key Responsibilities

Build retaining walls, patios, and walkways according to project plans. Perform a range of hardscaping tasks with attention to detail and quality. Safely and efficiently operate skid steers, excavators, and other equipment. Assist with site prep, cleanup, and general landscaping duties. Work collaboratively with the crew to keep projects on schedule. Follow all company safety policies and site procedures.
Qualifications

Proven hardscaping experience (retaining walls, patios, etc.). Skilled in operating skid steers, excavators, and related machinery. Strong understanding of landscape construction methods. Physically capable and comfortable working outdoors in different weather. Positive, team-oriented attitude and reliable work ethic. Valid driver's license (preferred).
What We Offer

Competitive hourly pay based on experience (CA$20-CA$30/hour). Overtime and bonus opportunities during the season. Flexible scheduling as the season winds down.
