Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, professional, and experienced labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate consistently produces high-quality work, communicates effectively, and demonstrates exceptional attention to detail. You have experience performing advanced tasks such as moisture mapping, site documentation, and containment setup. Familiarity with carpet cleaning or operating extraction equipment is considered an asset. You take pride in approaching every job with efficiency, professionalism, and a strong customer-service focus--qualities that distinguish you from less experienced technicians.
Qualifications
Valid BC Driver's License (must be presented at time of hire)
Willingness to work overtime and participate in an on-call rotation
Physically capable of lifting 30-40 lbs (e.g., industrial fans)
Ability to load/unload wheeled industrial dehumidifiers (130-140 lbs)
Prior experience with carpet cleaning or truck mount extractions
Demolition experience required
Clear criminal record and driver's abstract
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Construction or restoration experience is an asset
WRT, CCT, and FSRT certifications are considered assets
Responsibilities
Provide regular updates and photo documentation to Project Managers and team leads
Perform technical restoration tasks such as water extraction, structural drying, content handling, general demolition, mould remediation, and containment setup
Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicle (if assigned)
Collaborate with other departments, including construction, demolition, contents, and hazmat teams
Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors
Accurately complete all job-related documentation and timecards on a daily basis
Experience in emergency fire and flood restoration is preferred, but on-site training is available for the right candidate.

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
