We are looking for experienced and motivated kitchen help to join our team and keep our operation running smoothly.

The Role

As Experienced Kitchen Help, you will support both prep and production in a fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with our chefs and supervisors to maintain consistency, efficiency, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Chop, wash, and prepare vegetables, meats, and other ingredients. Assist with making stocks, soups, and reductions. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Portion, hand-package, and label soups for retail and wholesale. Support daily cleaning, dishwashing, and kitchen close-down procedures. Follow food safety, sanitation, and health standards at all times. Work as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

Minimum

1-2 years of kitchen experience

in food prep or production (hotels, banquets, catering or commissary preferred). Strong knife skills and ability to follow recipes accurately. Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment. Reliability, punctuality, and a positive team attitude. Food Safe certification (preferred, but training available).
