Responsibilities
Technical
Diagnose and repair desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, all-in-ones, servers etc.
Troubleshoot software, OS, hardware, and networking issues
Provide Level 1-2 help desk support to managed clients
Support Microsoft 365 setups, email issues, and user onboarding
Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi and VoIP Systems
Document work in a ticketing system
Customer-Facing
Answer phones and provide accurate technical support
Assist retail customers and process sales
Manage in-shop repairs and quick-turnaround tasks
Field Work
Attend onsite service calls locally and within the region
Must be able to travel occasionally as needed (discussed during interview)
Teamwork
Communicate clearly and offer thoughtful input
Contribute solutions
Support process improvement and team collaboration
Qualifications
3-5+ years of professional IT experience
(help desk, repairs, networking)
Strong knowledge of Windows OS and desktop/laptop hardware
Experience with networking fundamentals (switching, routing, Wi-Fi, etc.)
Strong English communication (verbal & written)
Must be
legally eligible to work in Canada
(Citizen or Permanent Resident)
Valid Class 5 driver's license
Comfortable working independently
Assets
MSP experience (PSA/RMM tools)
Intermediate networking (VLANs, firewall configuration)
Experience with PC building or custom workstations
Retail or customer-service background
