Your Daily Grind
- Process a ridiculous amount of orders Day in and Day out!
- Answer the phone with a Smile and Joyful Attitude. This is where your wage comes from :)
- Super Attention To Detail backed up with an internal drive to get things done fast. (Mistakes Cost Money - no Joke)
- Increase order processing efficiencies by recommending system/process improvements.
- Get Faster and Faster and Faster at processing even More Orders
- Catch Fraudulent Orders
- Remain focused and undistracted at work (sorry, no cell phones during work time) If the thought of this is causing you anxiety and panic while reading this, please don't apply... Seriously, Please Don't. You won't like us! We can't afford to work with people who care more about what's new on TikTok than the clients' needs, who pay all of our wages.
- Arrive On-time and Ready to Work
- Work with Minimal Baby Sitting... seriously, we need people who can work independently (because they have proven themselves)

- Take meticulous notes so the training cycle and recurring questions are greatly reduced
- Convert inbound non-client phone calls (Not until you kick, but at processing orders correctly and efficiently; starting to catch the picture now, lol)

- Juggling multiple orders at the same time without getting frazzled or skipping a beat
