Join our dynamic team as a salary manager at Belmont. We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to lead our front-of-house operations. As the manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving overall profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, training, and supervision.
• Uphold high standards of customer service to ensure a positive dining experience for guests.
• Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and other operational expenses, to meet financial targets.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to maintain food quality and consistency.
• Implement and enforce health and safety standards to ensure a clean and safe environment for both customers and staff.
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Floor Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Understanding of financial aspects of restaurant management, including budgeting and cost control.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
