Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced hairstylist who is skilled in a wide range of services, including cuts, coloring, styling, and treatments. This is a commission-based position, with opportunities for entrepreneurial hairstylists to grow their own client base. We are open to chair rental arrangements for motivated individuals who enjoy independence and want to take their career to the next level.

Responsibilities:

Provide hair services including cuts, coloring, styling, treatments, and more. Deliver exceptional client service and build lasting client relationships. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace. Stay up-to-date on current hair trends and techniques. Work independently and collaboratively with other salon staff.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a hairstylist/hairdresser. Ability to perform a variety of hair services confidently. Entrepreneurial mindset - motivated to grow your own client base. Strong client service and communication skills. Comfortable working in a commission-based role. Bilingual (English and/or French) is a strong asset. Availability for full-time hours.

Compensation:
