We're Hiring!! Experienced Site Assistant

Location: Calgary, AB (Primarily NW)

Position Type: Full-Time (38-40 hrs/week)

Wage: $24-$26/hr, based on experience

We're proud to be your neighborhood renovator--specializing in full home renovations, including kitchens, basements, additions, garages, and more. Our projects often involve seniors, families, and homeowners going through renovations for the first time, which means we invest deeply in the relationship--not just the build.

------- About the Role-------

This isn't your typical labourer position. You'll work directly with the owner and team to support high-quality renovation projects and maintain a professional jobsite environment--especially when we're working in active homes.

You'll be involved in:

Site prep and protection (floor coverings, dust control, material staging) Demolition, cleanup, and hauling Light carpentry and material installs Communicating with clients respectfully and professionally Supporting sub-trade coordination and jobsite logistics Being an experienced, reliable second set of hands wherever needed
The right candidate will have:

2+ years of renovation, construction, or trades experience Experience working in occupied homes A strong sense of professionalism and care when working around homeowners Ability to work independently or alongside trades Understanding of jobsite protection, sequencing, and safety practices Clear and confident communication skills A valid driver's license and reliable transportation Basic hand tools (power tools a plus)
Bonus if you:

Have experience with custom renovations or finishing work Are local to NW Calgary Are looking to grow with a business long-term
