Duties:
- Perform hair consultations with clients to determine their needs and preferences
- Provide hair cutting, styling, and coloring services based on client requests
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in hair styling
- Recommend appropriate hair care products to clients for at-home maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the salon
- Upsell salon products and services to clients
- Handle front desk duties as needed, including scheduling appointments and processing payments
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role
- Proficient in a variety of hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques
- Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of sanitation and sterilization standards for salon equipment
